If you have forgotten your password for the Lula app, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
Open the Lula app and tap the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen.
Enter your email address that is associated with your Lula account and tap on "Send verification code".
Check your email inbox for a message from Lula with a link to reset your password. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Once you have the verification code, return to the Lula App and enter the 6-digit code.
You will then be asked to enter your new password.
