Demand - Displays the total value of all of the orders received. The filterable categories in the pie chart are based on the fulfillment status of the orders.

  • Completed - The value of the completed orders, which should reflect the “Sales” value

  • Denied - The lost value of all orders that a merchant denied. Denied reasons can be found on the operations page

  • Active Cancel - The value of orders that a merchant engaged with, but were ultimately canceled by the customer or DSP (Delivery Service Provider)

  • Inactive Cancel - The value of the orders that were canceled by the customer or DSP, while no one in-store engaged with the order

Sales - The total value of completed orders. The filterable categories in the pie chart are split on the DSP (Delivery Service Providers) partners: DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Partners may vary based on delivery coverage in a store’s area.

Orders - The total number of orders that were completed. Time ranges break down the filterable categories in the pie chart across 24 hours: 4 am-8 am, 8 am-5 pm, 5 pm-10 pm, 10 pm-4 am.

Basket - The average order value of completed orders. The categories in the pie chart display the breakdown of the top 5 selling categories, with all other categories grouped under ‘Others’. Filtering by a category provides the average sales of that category.

Customers - The total number of customers making purchases. The filterable categories in the pie chart display “Existing” customers vs “New” customers.

Leaderboards

Stores - A leaderboard, ranking stores based on their overall GMV (gross margin value). For a quick high-level review, the table features the following columns:

  • Store name

  • Store address

  • Sales - The store’s completed sales

  • % Delta - The % change in sales as compared with the previous period

  • Orders - The number of completed orders

  • Completion rate - The % of completed orders vs total orders received. The target for top-tier operations is >95% completion

  • Basket - The average order value of completed orders

  • GMV - The % contribution to the total completed sales

Items - The items leaderboard ranks the top-selling items. The columns include:

  • Image

  • Name

  • Size

  • Category

  • Price range - Items may be different prices at different stores, the range displays the lowest and highest prices the item is sold for

  • Sales - The completed sales generated by the item

  • % Delta - Percent change in sales for the item compared with the previous period

  • Items sold - Number of items sold

  • GMV - The % contribution of all item sales

Customers - The leaderboard of customers sorted by the last seen order

  • Store name

  • Customer name - The customer’s first name and last initial

  • Spend - How much the customer has spent

  • Orders - The number of orders the customer has placed

  • Top item - The top-selling item the customer has purchased based on total money spent

  • Last seen - The last time an order was placed

  • First seen - The first time an order was placed

  • Customer type - “Existing” customers have more than 1 order, while “New” customers have 1 order
