What do I do when my tablet is broken, lost, or stolen?

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with your tablet. We’re here to help immediately, so you can continue managing your Lula store.

For Broken Devices:

  1. If the damage/defect is caused due to a defective tablet, or a Lula-related issue, Lula Convenience will send a replacement tablet free of charge within 3-5 business days.

  2. If the damage/defect is caused by the user, there will be a $159 tablet replacement fee.

  3. In either case, the defective tablet must be returned to Lula Convenience. Reach out to our team at support@luladelivery.com so we can assist you as soon as possible with the process for returns.

  4. Our team will send a return label to initiate the return process for the damaged device. The device must be returned to us within 7 to 10 business days.

For Lost/Stolen Devices:

  1. If the device is lost or stolen while in transit, you will not be charged a $159 replacement fee. Lula Convenience will assume responsibility for any tablets lost while in transit.

  2. If the device is lost or stolen while in possession of the Merchant, a $159 replacement fee will be charged. Lula Convenience does not assume responsibility for tablets lost or stolen while in control of the Merchant.

Here are the options available for you to request a replacement tablet:

  1. Once you have realized a tablet is lost or stolen, please contact the Lula Team immediately at 267-263-7197 or support@luladelivery.com.

  2. You can purchase a replacement tablet directly through the Lula Store Website.

  3. You can pay through Bill.com: You can e-pay through your bill.com account. When you want to replace a tablet, please get in touch with our team at support@luladelivery.com. We will create an invoice and send it to you. You can then pay the invoice and receive the tablet.

  4. You can mail a check: You can send a check for $159 to the following address: 18 Hancock Court Voorhees, NJ 08043.
